Tell Me What I Need To Know...

Initially, one's first introduction to Tarot Reader Freda Crake, also known as Freya, is somewhat disconcerting.

When one hears of a 'tarot reader' images of fairground fortune tellers dressed in applicable gypsy style garb immediately comes to mind. This was my thinking as I set out to meet her.

Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by what I encountered. Freya reminds me more of a corporate banker rather than the aforementioned soothsayer I had come to expect.

Freya's gentle manner and unassuming ways immediately won my respect, attention and admiration. However, don't let this fool you. Freya is very much in command of her ability to read her much prized cards.

This amazing woman has been steeped in the ancient art of Tarot Reading for well over 20 years. Previously consulting from Green Willow on Pinnacle Street in Belleville, Freya has once again come back to the public realm to share her passion for reading and helping clients.

Not only is Freya consulting with many clients she is also teaching this ancient art at both an introductory and advanced level. Did I mention that Freya is a Grandmaster in the tarot world?

This passion for reading is clearly seen each time she refers to the cards. I've witnessed and experienced Freya's affection and fondness for what she does. It is also quite clear she cares for each of her clients and their welfare.

I asked Freya what the difference was between fortune telling and her craft, if any. She shared that she is not in the business of seeing the future for her clients but to share what is currently happening and what the potential outcomes may be if direction is not changed.

Many satisfied clients continue to return to Freya due to the success of the readings they receive and their ability to make positive decisions and changes in their lives.

Out of curiosity I sat for a reading. What came up was positively astounding. I saw my story in the cards. What is fascinating about Freya's readings is that she is not sharing anything you don't already know on some level. The reading simply clarifies this information and places it into a form and context from which one can take action.

I was able to take positive action by letting go of things that were having a negative affect on my life, thanks to the consultation with Freya. It has helped me create what is needed to move on in harmony.

Action is the key! Freya can only share the information, clients decide if they want to do anything about what was shared.

I believe that what Freya is really picking and reading is our own energy and vibration at any given time. We know what is going on in our lives and many know what action is required. What keeps us stuck is our fear and confusion over potential outcomes.

Some may say that this art is a bit on the dark side and yes, this was my thought before sitting with Freya. What she shared with me and what I gained as far as knowledge and information has surpassed my initial skepticism.

I still rely heavily on my own judgement and common sense as I traverse through life. This is as it should be.
